Harvey Milk Day: Parents Told Keep Kids Home If Schools Honor Slain Gay Leader
We were waiting for the other shoe to drop as Harvey Milk Day got closer. Sure enough religious right groups are calling on followers to not let their children go to school if their school recognizes Harvey Milk Day. While the holiday is on a Saturday this year, groups like Save California have warned parents that schools could be conducting “exercises” throughout the month of May to commemorate Milk.
According to the Save California blog, the exercises could be anything teachers or school board members deem appropriate. This includes in-class reading and writing activities about the politician, or watching the film Milk. Assemblies teaching homosexuality and alternate lifestyles, cross-dressing contests, or mock “gay” parades and weddings could also take place.

Let me quickly update you on the State Capitol battle over Prop. 8, why “Harvey Milk Gay Day” for children is just the tip of the iceberg of sexual indoctrination, and why you should visit SaveCalifornia.com’s Election Center.
Harvey Milk Gay Day
The “celebration” of homosexual activist Harvey Milk will hit its high point today and Saturday.
Today, aggressive liberal teachers in California are expected to tell children that Milk was admirable, when he was actually a teen predator, sexual anarchist, public liar, and an aggressive devotee of deadly cultist Jim Jones.
Tomorrow, Milk’s birthday, at the State Capitol in Sacramento, “LGBTQ” activists and their supporters will rally for the media. Throughout the state there will be special showings of the part-fiction movie “Milk,” starring Sean Penn. Nationwide, some 26 cities in 20 states will hold events to honor Harvey Milk.
This is just the beginning of this new, blatant and perverse indoctrination of children via Harvey Milk Gay Day. “Milk Day” is designed to teach children they may be homosexual, bisexual or transsexual, and that they should support political activism to destroy marriage and family and religious opposition to the harmful “LGBTQ” agenda. It will increase even more next year, and then Harvey Milk’s indoctrination will manifest in many more government schools in 2012 when May 22 finally falls on a school day, Monday.
Parents and grandparents, I plead with you to rescue your children and grandchildren from immoral education and awful peer pressure. Harvey Milk Gay Day is just one of 6 school sexual indoctrination measures passes in the last several years. And there’s a raft of other pressing reasons to save children from government-run schools.

Lol, SaveCalifornia is the biggest load of stupidity I've ever seen.
Anyone who takes them seriously is a moron. They just spread lies and propaganda, and make up "facts" or twist the truth to their own benefits.
The sources and junk they have aren't even credible! They are extremely biased and are extremely focused with spreading their hate, discrimination, misinformation and false "facts".
The more I hear of this group, the more I honestly pity them for their stupidity, and the better I feel about myself knowing that I will /never/ be as moronic as they are.
Oh gawd, like that "Stop Prop 19" or whatever video they came out with. As someone who has done an extensive amount of research on the history, legality, medicinal use and potential industry of cannabis as well as writing numerous essays on the subject (all without being a pothead, mind you), I can assure you that it was also a load of croc (although not nearly as offensive as their "Anti-Harvey Milk Day" campaign) and their "facts" were either blatant lies, misinformed opinions, twisted facts and pure propaganda. When I say I researched it a lot, be aware that I did so with an open mind and looked at both positive AND negative aspects of the plant, and started off being completely anti-cannabis but now fully support marijuana legalization.
^ Pretty much what my point is with that is that I've personally seen how unreliable their sources and information were for their "anti-prop 19 campaign" and I am pretty much just trying to make the point of saying that they are far from a reliable source for any information.
But of course, the world is filled with gullible mindless idiots that eat this crap right up.
