Thank God AllHipHop.com has been on top of this since yesterday and did all of our legwork for us.  Read the following of what led up to this mess:

Rapper 50 Cent continues to shake up the “Twitterverse” with a series of tweets today that drew the scorn of celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton.
The rap star took to his Twitter page today (September 6th) and took aim at Perez Hilton, who labeled 50 Cent a “douche bag” in a tweet.

Today, 50 Cent addressed the issue when he jokingly tweeted that he had a friend shoot up a gay wedding, along with a link to a picture of people fleeing a tragic scene.

Hilton immediately noticed the tweets and replied.

“50 Cent joking about violence towards gays is about as expired as the days when he used to be musically relevant,” Perez Hilton tweeted.

50 replied that he wasn’t scared of the “pink mafia,” an alleged underground powerful group of gay Hollywood movers and shakers.

The rapper posted another link to a man on a subway doing a split with the quotation: “You’re dead 50! Dead! We are looking for your ass!”

50 Cent then urged Hilton to calm down.

Perez need to leave these thuggin' Negroes alone. It never comes to any good.

“Stop being so sensitive its a joke,” 50 Cent tweeted. “Your acting like a big baby have a nice day…And my next song will make your sweet ass dance lol chill out.”

Perez Hilton insinuated that 50 Cent might be a homosexual, accusations that were also levied at the rapper by openly gay singer, Rufus Wainwright in an April issue of Detailsmagazine.

“50 Cent joking about my sweet ass confirms my suspicions about 50 Cent. And scene!”

50 Cent and Perez Hilton have a combined total of 5,514,142 followers.

50 Cents...(in all honesty we luv hip hop...never got into the guy. He sucks. His beats are whack, his rhymes stupid. There's no redemption, here.)

Our take  on it:

All in good fun, eh?  We don’t see nuthin’ funnin’ about shooting up a gay wedding. Maybe that’s just us.

Well, for starters they’re both tacky hos. That said, yea Hilton shouldn’t have kicked it off by calling 50 Cents a douchbag. But he did. And this leads us to 50 Cents and his over the top homophobic tweet posts. Here’s the thing about that:

50 Cents wouldn’t be saying stuff like that if he knew he couldn’t get away with it. That’s the bottom line. Unfortunately many of his audience base share his sentiments as we noticed in the comments that followed the Allhiphop.com post:

BUT Here’s the truth and I’m not saying this to be reactionary but the suggestion of YOUR LIFESTYLE ACTUALLY MAKES ME FEEL PHYSICALLY SICK  . Because it ain’t natural and most of us males knew that from our earliest earth memories

Guess it helps them sleep better at night or summin, like their afraid to accept that some people just dont like them

Me personally, I dont care what gay folks do one way or the other but I always found these situations to be funny

Okay. We just HAD to post those comments cause some of them are funny as hell. And that STILL does not excuse 50 Cent’s straight up “kill gays” styled threat. So we’re very curious to see tomorrow what Gay Inc. has in store in terms of responding to 50 Cents. They betta make a lot of noise. Cause if they don’t that will leave us to think that Gay Inc. is selective in who they stand up for and all that. The offended party in this little exchange was Perez Hilton. And we all know how much Gay Inc. LOVES Perez Hilton to pieces. So yea, kick back and lets see if they step up to the plate to condemn 50 Cents for his blatantly homophobic tweets and photographs…we shall see….
